For pharmacies

What you get

• Your own page on MedsPK with your name, photo, address, map link, phone and WhatsApp.
• Your stock on the site. If your point-of-sale (POS) system can share a stock list, we connect to it. The connection only reads your stock list and never changes anything in your POS. Other ways to send your stock, such as a spreadsheet, are planned.
• Your own delivery areas, with your own delivery charge, minimum order and free-delivery amount for each area.
• Orders that come to you directly. Customers pay your own JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account, and you confirm each payment before you send the order.
• Simple staff screens to manage orders, areas, payment details and your shop details.

Who can join and how

MedsPK is open to licensed pharmacies. For now we add each pharmacy by hand, so please contact us. We will ask for:

• the pharmacy’s name, address, phone number and WhatsApp number;
• a copy of your valid drug sale licence and the name of the qualified person in charge;
• the account where customers should pay (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank), in the pharmacy’s own name or the owner’s;
• the areas you deliver to, and your charge, minimum order and free-delivery amount for each;
• how your stock list will reach us.

We look at your licence, and if the name and address match, your page gets a “Licence checked” badge. Licence copies are kept private and are shown only to MedsPK staff.

Rules for every pharmacy

By listing on MedsPK, a pharmacy agrees to these rules:

• Licence. Hold a valid licence for the shop, have a qualified person in charge, and follow the law that applies to you, including the Drugs Act, 1976, the DRAP Act, 2012 and the rules made under them.
• Genuine medicines. Sell only genuine, registered medicines that are in date and stored properly. Never sell expired, unregistered, counterfeit, smuggled or “free sample, not for sale” products.
• Prices. Never charge more than the maximum retail price (MRP) printed on the pack. Keep your prices and stock up to date, and mark items out of stock when they run out.
• Not sold online. Do not list or sell through MedsPK any medicine on the “not sold online” list (strong painkillers, anaesthetic medicines, habit-forming sleeping and calming tablets, stimulants).
• Prescriptions. Do not supply a prescription-only medicine without a valid prescription. The pharmacist decides, and should refuse when in doubt.
• No promotion. Do not advertise or promote prescription-only or psychotropic medicines to the public: no sale or offer banners, no “best price” messages, and no description that encourages use. Keep descriptions plain and factual.
• Payments. Show only your own genuine account. Never ask a customer to pay to another number, to pay outside the order, or for their PIN or OTP. Check each payment against your own account before you confirm it, and say clearly if you cannot find it.
• Orders. Look at new orders and payments promptly during your opening hours. Confirm or cancel with a clear reason. Send the order only after you have confirmed payment. Cancel and refund an order that the customer asks you to cancel before it is sent.
• Delivery. Set honest areas and charges. Pack medicines safely and discreetly, away from heat, and deliver cold-chain medicines only if you can keep them cold. Your riders are your responsibility.
• Refunds and problems. Send refunds by hand to the same account within 3 working days and mark them as sent. Replace or refund wrong, damaged, expired or faulty items as described in Returns, at your cost. Answer complaints politely and quickly.
• Customer information. Use customers’ details, prescriptions and payment screenshots only to fill their order. Do not share them, sell them, or contact customers for marketing. Do not keep prescription photos longer than the law and good practice allow.
• Honesty. Everything on your page must be true: your name, address, photos, licence and opening hours.
• Respect. Treat customers politely and fairly.

Who is responsible for what

You are the seller. You are responsible for your medicines, your advice, your prices, your delivery, your refunds, your taxes, and for following the law. MedsPK is only a platform: we do not check each medicine, we do not hold any money, and we do not take part in the sale.

As far as the law allows, you agree to compensate MedsPK for loss, claims and costs that come from your medicines, your service, or your breach of these rules or the law.

Money and fees

• Customers pay you directly. MedsPK does not receive, hold or pay out your sales money.
• Joining is free for now. A monthly fee may start later. We will tell you in writing at least 30 days before any fee begins, and you may leave before it starts.
• You are responsible for the taxes on your sales.

How we look after quality

We may review listings, orders and complaints. We may ask you to correct or remove a listing, hide a medicine, or pause your page. For serious or repeated breaches, such as selling fake or expired medicines, taking money without sending orders, not paying refunds, or misusing customer information, we may suspend or remove a pharmacy, and we may tell DRAP or other authorities. If we suspend your page, you must still finish or refund your open orders.

Your shop information and stock data

You allow MedsPK to show your shop details, stock and prices on the website. Keep your MedsPK staff passwords, and the key for your stock connection, secret. If you think someone else has them, change the password and tell us at once.

Leaving MedsPK

You may leave at any time. Please finish or refund your open orders first. We will then take your page down. We keep order records as described in our Privacy policy.
