About MedsPK
MedsPK is an online marketplace where you can order medicines from pharmacies near you.
In short
- MedsPK is a platform. The pharmacies sell, pack and deliver. We help you find them and place the order.
- You choose your area, pick a pharmacy, pay the pharmacy directly, and the pharmacy delivers to your door.
- There is no cash on delivery. You pay first, and the pharmacy confirms your payment before it sends the medicines.
- A ‘Licence checked’ badge means we have seen the pharmacy’s licence. It is not a promise about any medicine.
What MedsPK is
MedsPK is an online marketplace for pharmacies. Each pharmacy puts the medicines it has in stock on its own page. You choose your area, find the medicine you need, and order from the pharmacy that suits you. The pharmacy sets its own prices and its own delivery charge for your area, and it delivers the order itself.
MedsPK is not a pharmacy. We do not sell, store, pack, dispense or deliver medicines, and we do not give medical advice.
How an order works
- Choose your area and find your medicine.
- Add it to the cart and place the order with your name, phone number and address. If the medicine needs a prescription, add a photo of it.
- Pay the pharmacy’s JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account, then send the screenshot on the order page or on WhatsApp.
- The pharmacy checks the payment, confirms your order and sends it.
- Check the medicines when they arrive. If something is wrong, tell the pharmacy straight away.

Why you pay first
Cash on delivery causes many problems with medicines: fake orders, nobody at home to receive them, and medicines that come back and cannot be sold again. When you pay first, the pharmacy only sends an order it has seen paid. If your order is cancelled after you paid, you get your money back. See Cancellations and refunds.
How we try to earn your trust
- Every pharmacy shows its name, address and phone number. Pharmacies whose licence we have checked carry a ‘Licence checked’ badge.
- You pay the pharmacy’s own account. MedsPK never holds your money.
- Strong painkillers, sleeping and calming tablets and stimulants are not sold on this site. Medicines that need a prescription need a photo of it.
- Your prescription photo and payment screenshot are private. Only you, the pharmacy and the MedsPK staff who handle your order can see them, and they are deleted 90 days after the order is finished.
- Our rules are written in plain words in English, Urdu and Chinese: refunds, returns, privacy and more.
What “Licence checked” means
A pharmacy gets a ‘Licence checked’ badge when a MedsPK staff member has seen its drug sale licence and checked that the name and address match. That is all it means. We do not inspect the shop, test the medicines, or promise any price or stock.
Who runs MedsPK
