Fair use and misuse

Real orders only

• Give your real name, phone number and address, and be reachable on that number.
• Do not place fake or prank orders, and do not order for someone who does not know about it.
• To stop abuse there is a limit of 3 open orders for one phone number at a time, and further limits per day and per hour. If you have a good reason for more, contact us.
• Do not try to get around these limits with other numbers or addresses.

Medicine misuse and stockpiling

Do not use MedsPK to get medicines in order to misuse them, to sell them on, or to stock up beyond what you need. Pharmacies may refuse an order, or reduce the quantity, if they have a safety concern. Medicines that are easy to misuse (strong painkillers, sleeping and calming tablets, stimulants) are not sold on this website at all.

If you find it hard to stop taking a medicine, or you are worried about someone else’s use of medicines, please talk to a doctor. They can help without judging you.

Prescriptions

Do not upload a prescription that is fake, changed or not yours to use. See Prescriptions. We may refuse your orders, block you, and report the matter to the authorities.

Respect for people

Pharmacy staff, riders and our team are real people doing a job. Abuse, threats, harassment or insulting language toward them is not accepted, in messages, on calls or at the door. The same goes for how pharmacies must treat customers. If someone is rude or threatening, tell us.

Using the website properly

• Do not use bots or other automatic tools to copy the website’s content, prices or stock, or to place orders.
• Do not try to break into the website, to see other people’s information, or to get around its security.
• Do not upload anything that is not a prescription or a payment screenshot, and never upload files that contain harmful code or unlawful or indecent pictures.
• If you find a security problem, please tell us first and give us time to fix it before you tell others. We thank you for it.

What we may do

If these rules are broken, we may give a warning, cancel orders (and refund anything you paid), block a phone number, device or address, remove a pharmacy’s listing, and tell the police or other authorities where we think it is right or the law requires. We try to be fair. If you think we made a mistake, contact us.
